Daniel Harris III – trumpeter, composer, and bandleader from Stockton, California is best known for his dynamic sound, leadership, and transformational performances featuring his original compositions, with the release of his Debut Alum “Ubuntu” setting the foundation for his bright future as an artist. Daniel's achievements include the Woody Herman Jazz Award, being named the inaugural recipient of the California Alliance for Jazz Black Lives Matter Scholarship, and a recipient of the Bay Area Jazz and Blues Young Artist Award. These distinctions highlight both his artistic excellence and his commitment to cultural expression, musical experiementation, and cohesion.
